The SOTEN Basic Bundle includes the ACSL SOTEN aircraft along with the 20MP standard mechanical shutter payload, one intelligent flight battery, charging equipment, one set of propellers, and a GPC hard case for safe transportation. Note a controller is NOT included in this bundle.

The ACSL SOTEN is engineered for operators who need a compact, highly portable drone that can deploy quickly in the field. With a maximum takeoff weight around 4.4 lbs and a foldable airframe, SOTEN is easy to transport and can be airborne in under a minute, making it ideal for time-sensitive public safety, inspection, and enterprise missions.
Swappable Payload System with Four Options
At the core of SOTEN’s versatility is its one-touch swappable payload system, allowing operators to rapidly change sensors when out in the field. SOTEN supports four payload options, enabling a single platform to adapt to inspection, public safety, survey, and thermal applications—eliminating the need for multiple drones. Standard Camera – 20MP, 1” sensor, mechanical shutter, 28mm lens for accurate mapping and inspection (Included in Basic Bundle)

SAMO Thermal/Optical Payload – Dual thermal-optical payload built around the Teledyne FLIR Hadron™ 640R, combining a 640X512 Boson® radiometric thermal sensor with a high-resolution 64MP visible camera and up to 20× zoom—ideal for public safety operations, infrastructure inspections, and other mission-critical applications (Sold Separately)

Obstacle Awareness & Operational Safety
SOTEN is equipped with multi-directional obstacle sensors, combining stereo cameras and infrared sensors positioned on the front, top, and bottom of the aircraft. These sensors enhance situational awareness, helping pilots safely navigate complex environments such as infrastructure, industrial facilities, and confined spaces.
Security-First Architecture
Security is foundational to the SOTEN platform. Designed and manufactured in Japan, SOTEN incorporates ISO 15408–grade security measures that protect communications, flight data, and imagery from unauthorized access or interference. These protections support full NDAA compliance, giving U.S. operators confidence in how data is transmitted, stored, and managed, without forced cloud dependencies.

Powered by motors developed in collaboration with Yamaha, SOTEN delivers strong, stable flight performance with 25 minutes of endurance, a 33 mph maximum speed, and reliable wind resistance. Combined with FAA-accepted Remote ID compliance and dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz communication, SOTEN is built to meet today’s regulatory, operational, and performance demands.

With LTE connectivity, operators can enable extended-range and BVLOS-ready workflows, supporting operations in remote areas, complex sites, and large geographic regions. The platform also allows up to three controllers to connect to a single aircraft, enabling team-based operations and seamless handoffs to maintain line of sight.
